Professor Dr Azizi Ayob
Chief Executive Director

Dr Azizi Ayob brings with him over 25 years’ industry experience and specialized in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, and R&D. His years of hands-on experience in medical laboratories includes medical sciences research and drug analyses, drugs design and development, pre-clinical and clinical trials. He is also the Professor of Pharmacology (KHAIR/Khidmat Amal Ilmuan Rahmat) at faculty of Pharmacy, UCMI.
Qualification:
- MD (UKM) – registered medical doctor with MMC, 1997
- PhD (Pharm IIUM), 2004
- DipIS (IIUM) , 2007
- Finance Cert (MIM), Certificate International Project Management (Singapore/UK)

Assoc. Professor Dr Nurul Azmawati Mohamed
Consultant Microbiologist
Medical Laboratories
Dr Nurul Azmawati Mohamed, associate and Medical Microbiologist with 18 years combined experiences in laboratory, pre-clinical and medical sciences research. She has vast experience in managing projects related to laboratory management, and specialized in Medical Microbiology.

Dr Noor Fadzilah Binti Zulkifli, associate and Medical Haematologist with 24 years combined experiences in laboratory, pre-clinical and medical sciences research related to blood disorder. She has vast experience in managing projects related to laboratory management, and specialised in general pathology and haematology.

Dr Hani Ajrina Binti Zulkeflee

Roslan Zakaria
Chief Operation Officer
Ir. Roslan bin Zakaria is the head operation for RADILAB since 2019. His background in Engineering and overall working practice in Project Management for over 20 years has been adapted successfully in enhancing Radilab’s speed of progress and development into what it is now. In addition, as an entrepreneur and investor, he has successfully guided many start-up businesses in Malaysia towards commercial success.
Qualification:
- Master in Business Administration (MBA), Newcastle University, UK.
- Bachelor of Engineering, Civil (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
- Certified Lead Auditor (NIOSH, DOSH)

Roslinda Binti Chik
Senior Admin & Finance Manager
Experienced more than 15 years in field of accounting, she has been exposed and proficient in account preparations, book-keeping and involved with the company’s financial matters. As the Senior Manager of Admin and Finance at RADILAB, her role has been instrumental in managing general administration works and procurement system.
Qualification:
- LCCI Diploma in Accounting.
- LCCI Certificate in Book-Keeping & Accounts
Nuradeena Binti Ahmad Lutfi
QA/QC Manager
Ms Nur Adeena holds the position as Quality Manager at RADILAB. She has been trained and successfully attended quality assurance courses in ISO 9001 & 15189 Quality Management System (QMS) and Medical Diagnostics Laboratory. During her tenure, she has successfully implemented quality management practices for both ISO standards to ensure compliance and high delivery standards for Radilab. She is also entrusted to monitor the quality assurance in the laboratory to maintain reliability of results produced and safety.

- Degree in Biomedical Sciences (Faculty of Health Sciences, UKM) 2020.
- ASASIpintar (Foundation Programme, UKM)
- ISO 9007 & 15189 Certified Lead Auditor
Adibah Syahnaz Binti Zahari
Laboratory Manager
As a Senior Medical Laboratory Technologist at RADILAB, Ms Adibah has more than 4 years of experience in carrying out routine and advanced laboratory tests from top international laboratories in her previous employment. She has tremendous exposure in the operation of various analytical instruments as well as proficiency performing of laboratory testing to meet the strict standards in ISO.
Qualification:
- Master in Biomedical Science, major Infectious Disease (Faculty of Health Science UKM)
- Degree in Biomedical Science with Honour (Faculty of Health and Life Sciences, MSU)
- Participated in 7th Asia Pasific International Congress of Anatomist at National University of Singapore 2016
Mohd Quzaireel Bin Ismail
Head of Sales & Marketing
Mr. Mohd Quezaireel or affectionately known as Que has almost 15 years of sales and marketing experience under his belt. From his humble beginnings in retail until recently with Jardin Pharma Berhad, Que has had tremendous exposure in marketing and will be responsible in leadin Radilab into its next phase of growth and development.
