Answering the call to provide affordable health screening to the community during the COVID-19 pandemic crisis in 2020, Radilab Diagnostics Sdn. Bhd. has grown into an ISO 15189 certified and IT integrated medical diagnostics laboratory, equipped to provide a full range of pathology testing services. We aim to deliver reliable, affordable and high quality testing to meet the high clinical standards of today’s healthcare providers to provide better care for patients in Malaysia.

Incepted in 2020, the laboratory was acknowledged and approved by the Ministry of Health, Malaysia to conduct COVID-19 RT-PCR testing. Since then, we have continuously grown and added new test equipment to enable us to expand our testing capabilities and services. Additionally, with the support of MRANTI (MOSTI), we ventured into IT systems to develop our own Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) that is scalable and able to match any LIS system in today’s market. Now we are capable of providing a multitude of MEDICAL PATHOLOGY laboratory services with fast turnaround time, accurate test information in a secure digital environment and affordable for patients in Malaysia.

We also aspire to develop local talents into the Medical, Science and Technology industry by collaborating with University College of MAIWP International (UCMI) on training graduates in real world working experience. Our other passion involves development and support of women in high tech career with 90% of our workforce and top level executives comprise of young aspiring women. Certified under International Certification Standard  in Medical Laboratory ISO 15189: 2012, we strive to be acknowledged as one of Malaysia’s best in the field of medical testing laboratory and serve the nation as a recognized household brand.

RADILAB registers with SSM, and Ministry of Health (MOH) Malaysia (Annex 4a) and licensed by Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur as an approved and certified private medical laboratory. It is also certified and accredited with the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 for provision specific on laboratory management, and accredited under the MS ISO 15189 Medical Pathology Services tests.
